🧁 Digital Products
Due to the nature of instant access, all digital product sales are final. This includes eBooks, downloads, online guides, templates, and video tutorials.
If you experience any issues with your file or have trouble accessing your download, email us at bybeccabakery@gmail.com—we’re happy to help!
📦 Physical Products
We accept returns and exchanges on physical products if:

The item arrives damaged or defective

You received the wrong item

You contact us within 7 days of delivery

The item is unused and in its original condition
To request a return or exchange, email bybeccabakery@gmail.com with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We’ll walk you through the next steps!

We do not accept returns on used, opened, or custom-made items.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

We do not offer refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
